To whom it may concern,
I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred today at your Yulee, Florida Huddle House location.
During my visit, I was assisted by an employee named Denice. She entered my order incorrectly and overcharged me. When I calmly informed her that my order was wrong and that I had been overcharged, her behavior became completely unprofessional and hostile.
She began slamming pots and pans, went into the back of the restaurant yelling and cursing, and created a visibly hostile environment for both customers and staff. This reaction was aggressive, inappropriate, and unacceptable for any customer-facing employee.
The manager on duty did apologize for her behavior; however, this situation should not have occurred at all, and it should not be the responsibility of management to excuse or clean up after such conduct. Customers should not be subjected to intimidation, rage, or disruptive behavior simply for pointing out an order error.
I am submitting this complaint so that corporate leadership is made aware and appropriate action can be taken. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the brand and creates an unsafe and uncomfortable dining experience.
I would appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been received and information on how this matter will be addressed.

Yes, I went and placed an order for 4 meals. The food was not edible.
This was the 24th Chelsea restaurant. I would normally not do this, but it was almost $70, and you could not eat it. Right now, it's kind of hard to come up with extra money to eat out.
That was a treat, or was supposed to be, for my family. I understand it was busy, but that's no excuse.

If someone dont do something about this restaurant it will have to close. The workers dont care if they work or not.
Charles the cook was the only one there. One day they were out of sausage the next day they were out of eggs. What does it take to get workers that want to work. Everyone that usually eat there when we do were at the Waffle House.
I would emagine Charles had the doors locked because he cant do it all by himself. We are just about fed up with it.

Hi,
I just finished eating from the Huddle House in Sparta, TN. I have an issue with the worker named Destany.
She told me my bill was $53.98, and when I paid, she didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, so I thought it was a red flag along with the way she was acting. So I asked if she could print me the receipt, and she looked a little panicked. When I read the receipt, it said I had a total of $48.98, which is $5 less than what she told me. I went in and got my money back.
I did tell the managers on duty; they said that they would handle it, but I decided to email y'all also because I truly don't think it was an accident.
The day of the incident was July 19, 2025, at around 12-1 PM. Thank you.

My daughter and i went to Huddle House to eat couple days ago and it was almost $43.00 ...i mean really people come on ...we had each a sausage bacon casserole, waffle and a glass of tea that we couldn't even drink bc it tasted spoiled anyways it cost $42.76 for that

So, a female employee at Radcliff, Kentucky, told my husband that he couldn't go up there due to the fact he was being rude, which he wasn't. They messed up our family order, so he went back up there to get the meal.
The female employee told him she would just refund the money, not the food. When he had a message from the head manager (a phone call), he was told he could come up there and get his food remade, but the freaking girl employee told him they were not making it! Isn't the customer always right? She needs to lose her job!
That is poor performance because the next time any employee y'all have talks crazy and threatens him because he wanted his food remade, I will consider it a problem!

Poor quality and expensive
I ordered a simple breakfast, Bacon and eggs with butter toast. It was cold and oily.
The bacon was absolute garbage.
Just zero pride in the quality. Even the glass of milk appeared and tasted watered down and I was charged $20 for the abuse.No wonder the place was empty, should have been my first clue.

My brother ordered the classic burger and cheese meal, his meal good, as I Carlita Strong had a long string of hair under part of my burger. I'm angry because I didn't get offered another burger because I wasn't able to eat the rest of my burger, I appreciated the credit that we received, but I would of wanted another burger.
I want to be compensated for the whole meal, this is not the way customer serviceI haw is suppose to be, I use to work in the food industry for 30 year ,so I know how customer service is suppose to be.
Please fix this , because I felt the waitress didn't care. Thank you for your time when you read this memo.

Did the apologizing manager not correct the order error? Both the item(s) and the price? If so, then you have no loss and do not deserve any refund Loquesha.
The manager apologized, he did not excuse anything. And it IS his responsibility to "clean up" issues. Your post reflects nothing that indicates the manager hasn't/didn't address the behavior after you left.
How will I know if she correct while I left. I can only tell about my experience While I was there the Manager let the Temper Tanrum continue and my excuse for her behavior. Someone called out, she had a rough day, she hate making mistakes which is none of them are acceptable for her behavior.
Whether the manager corrected the employee after you left is not relevant to you requesting a full refund. If you had a food quality issue (you do not say), it needed handled at that time.
