daughter and i went to ur store in boaz alabama, tonite, we had to wait over and hr for our food, we order a pattie melt and fries, the patties was burnt with just cheese slapped on it, and then i had to ask for the grilled onions and mushrooms for the sandwhich, the waiter brought me a small saucer with not even a tea spoon of onions and mushrooms said the cook forgot, i did not did not eat the sandwhich, i always order pattie melts i know what its suppose to look like, i was charged $37,00 for a meal i didnt and couldnt eat,i love eating at HH,but tonite was awful, there is no sence in having to wait over an hr.and the meal be like this,just wanted to let u guys know how it was in boaz,alabama, thank u jeanie anderson

Today my wife & I chose to have lunch at our local Huddle House (New Haven Indiana). We arrived at 1:00 PM to find only 1 (ONE) employee working the store.

He was hostess / waitress / cook / cashier. Is this even legal? What if employee had become injured while working around grill, fryer etc... ?

It took no less than 30 minutes to get our food. My wife & I were patient as the employee repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience. As we waited, several customers entered & left as the employee explained he was running the store alone and would get to them as he could. Cudos to the employee for doing the best he could despite the ridiculous management or the lack thereof!

Somehow our meals were delicious. I hope this is not how Huddle house typically runs their stores.

If so, please let me know so that I'll know NOT to choose Huddle House in the future! Sincerely aggravated, David & Pamela Townsend

I had dinner Sunday night at Franklin N.C. Location.

The female server who I had to take care of because she was an idiot. She could not get my order right or understand plain English. The cook proceeded to pour 2 gallons of pure bleach on the floor behind the counter and the fumes were so strong, it wash in my nose and chest for 3 hours. I asked them the waitress should they open the doors and she laughed and walked away.

She did ask the cook if he need a little cheese with his whine because he hot bleach on his shirt. This restaurant is nasty and not ran even remotely descent. How can you as a company tolerate such bad customer service, date of visit 2/04/2024. I called the restaurant back to complain to manager and I have never heard from them.

Im sure this a franchise location but really something should be done to this *** of a place. My contact number is 321-458-****

We eat at the huddle house several times a week. 2 women came in from a GA HH.

1 was a cook n the other one was her mother. They are very loud, rude and the one that was on the grill, Stephanie, I heard her tell a man if he didnt like the way she was running it. Dont come back. I say if we all dont go back, there will be no HH.

She told me that we couldnt ask for our favorite waitress. Now Ive owned 2restaurants and if these 2 worked for me; Id fire them both. The cook said she was manager and she was fixing the restaurant like hers in GA. Dont know if we can take 9 weeks of these loud, mean and boisterous women.

She tells me dont come back then I wont. Theres a Waffle House up the street. This HH does not need fixing. The cook, Sam, Lisa, Misty and Evelyn are the best around Seneca and do their jobs.

One reason we go there n the other is SAMs cooking. Just thought you needed to know before they run all your business off.

We have used this location on many occasions with great food.

Yesterday, we placed order to go for cheese omlett plate.

While my wife was eating the omelet, she found hair inside. It made her nauseous and she threw in trash can.

I did not have chance to take picture to post on nationwide Facebook.

Instead, i just stopped at that location, told them of the issue and asked for replacement omelet only.

I was quissed as to color, size, and then told no replacement.

Very disappointed with their customer service and refusal for assistance.

I will be posting this matter on national comments and will not be going to Huddle House based on this unprofessional experience.
